Machines Department

We design and produce machines and equipments according to your requirements and deliver it any where in the world. We use Inventor, Solid edge, Pro-Engineer and AutoCAd software.

Production Lines Department

We design production lines according to your requirements and give you a complete design package which you can produce anywhere or we produce it for you. We use Inventor, Solid edge, Pro-Engineer and AutoCAd software

Dies Department

We design and produce injection molds, sheet metal forming dies and casting dies. We have many models of dies, machines and equipments , You can choose any one and we produce it for you or you produce it anywhere you want. We use Solid edge and Pro-Engineer software

Pressure Vessels Department

We make design and detailing for all type of pressure vessel according to ASME code Section VIII Division I, Division II, PD-5500 code and EN-13445, We use PVElite, CodeCalc, AutoCAD and Inventor software.

Heat Exchangers Department

We make design and detailing for heat exchangers according to ASME code Section VIII Division I, Division II, PD-5500 code and TEMA, We use PVElite, CodeCalc, AutoCAD and Inventor software.

Tanks Department

We make design and detailing for all type of tanks according to API 650 and API 653 . We use tank, AutoCAD and Inventor software.

Plate Works Department

We make detailing for all plate work products such as stacks, ducts, chutes, hoppers, heavy mills, kilns, crushers, coolers, fan casings.....ets, We use AutoCAD & Inventor software.

Steel Structure Department

We make design for steel structure buildings using SAP software and make detailing by StruCAD software.

Production Management Department

We design Jigs and Fixtures . We construct Parts list, Bill of material, Process sheet Machine loading sheet, Test points table, Spare parts list, grease points schedule and prepare operator's manual  according to your product and your plant.

In addition;  we works in the following fields:-

• Design and production of many regular machines with lower cost and any desired additional options.

• Design and production of many special machines which is not available anywhere and according to customer's specifications.

• Modification of existing machines and adding new parts to allow it to perform additional tasks.

• Design and production of new spare parts   in case the original one is not available.

• Design of electric and hydraulic vehicles for transporting in work sites and we may prepare it with special   vehicle   attachments.

• Design and assembling of whole or section of hydraulic circuits, design and production of hydraulic elements and spare parts.

• Making complete CAD simulation of motion and loads of any existing structures or machines to predict its failure modes.

• Making technical drawing for existing machines for reproducing it or   its parts with complete production sheets.
