Garbage sorting line to handle and sort 30 ton per hour of garbage into seven different recycled materials.

The sorting line starts in feeding hopper of 12 cubic meter hopper with 3m by 3m inlet area which is suitable for most tipping trucks.

The hopper has internal shredding system to shred garbage closed bags and empty it. The shredder is two rotating axes provided with a set of knives.

The hopper leads to receiving conveyor with 9 m length and 30 degree inclination and 1 m width, this belt can convey up to 30 ton per hour of garbage.

The receiving conveyor is 12 m length and 1 m width with 125 cm high, conveyor base is prepared with suitable spaces for sorting conveyors up to 7 sorting stations at each side, in addition, sorting conveyor base has many workers platforms beside each container to be used during sorting process.

Sorting of garbage is manual process except for steel scrape where we use a magnetic separator to separate steel scrap into one of sorting stations.
